A buddy and I were on this diet during a period last year. I still follow a less restrictive variation of this diet today. My preferred meal after working out is meat (bison, beef, turkey today because I ran out of chicken), three to four eggs, avocado, and some cheese. I drizzle honey on top for added sweetener. Butter usage is a preference of mine anyways, bring on the healthy fats I always said. In addition, beef tallow is highly underrated as it enhances flavor palates. The feeling my body has after consuming wholesome food is amazing. Although, candidly, I do indulge in fast food options and consume oats and granola. I am not without flaw but it is occasionally. However, your suggested diet is solid and keeps me from feeling bloated. Unfortunately, many lack the discipline to stick with it. A high protein based diet gives very similar weight loss effects to Ozempic/Wegovy sans the potential side effects, but it’s easier to take a prescription. Thanks for sharing J.
